All returns/exchanges must be requested within 5 days of receiving your product. We do not provide refund but will provide you with store credit or exchange for products of equal or lesser value. All returns/exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original price. If it has been past 5 days after shipment, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange. We offer hassle free return for damaged products or products deemed defective in transit but it's the customers responsibility to notify Red Aston and provide pictures of damaged material within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Posters and Canvases must also be returned in their original packaging. Products must be un-opened and in their original packaging to be accepted for return. All returns/exchanges will be subject to a 20% restocking fee of the original price. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Additional non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable software products, and some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer and contact us at email@example.com. There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable) Book with obvious signs of use, CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
We do not reimburse shipping costs to return an item. Product(s) must be returned and received by us in original condition. We will not accept products damaged in return transit, so please be sure to package the product well and consider insuring the package.

If you are shipping back an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Red Aston is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Please check with the shipping provider in regards to delivery of packages. We will assist in ways we can regarding missing packages. Once the shipping provider responds to your claim we may br be able to take further proper actions to resolve this mishap. Filing a claim with the delivery provider does not guarantee the shipping provider will provide partial or full compensation/reimbursement for your lost/stolen package, but we will do our best to assist you through the process.
