Q: The colors are brighter on screen vs on design, why is that?

Please note that colors will not always print as vibrantly as displayed in the art. This is due to printing directly to a matte surface medium such as the fabric of a t-shirt as they look on your color-corrected monitor/tablets/cell-phones etc.

 

 Q: I don't see a design but have an idea, can you do custom designs?

We are ALWAYS open to ideas. Shoot us a message via our Contact page and let us know of your ideas and we will do our best to help you out!

 

Q: I haven't received all of my order and only parts of it ?

We prefer to deliver your order to you as soon as one or multiple parts of the order are ready. Therefore, you might receive your order in different packages.

 

Q: I received damaged material, what do I do?

If customer’s goods are received damage, it is the customers obligated responsibility to notify us within 5 days of receiving damaged products. We do require photos of damaged products in order to process claims and assist you. 

 

Q: Do you do bulk orders?

We certainly do! Please contact us in regards to bulk orders of 10 or more and we will work with you to get your products made for your special occasion. Whether that be for a holiday party, baby shower, wedding, engagement party, ANY EVENT! We're here to help!

 

Q: Is there a return/exchange/refund for your products?

Sorry, all sales are final. Wdo not provide refunds or returns due to the method of production. If customer’s goods are received damage, it is the customers obligated responsibility to notify us within 5 days of receiving damaged products. We do require photos of damaged products in order to process claims and assist you.

 

Q: Is your site safe? 

This site is 100% secure and meets U.S.A. security standards for transactions like any E-commerce site.

Q: I ordered more than 14 days ago and I have not received anything yet?

The delivery time is between 3-7 business days after production of product. Please have patience. Cause of delay could be holiday season, weather, or even production. If you don't receive it within 3 weeks, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

 

Q: Will I have to pay any additional taxes or duties on top of my order?

We’re not responsible for any possible duties and taxes that may be applied by customs in the country where your order is shipped to. This will be customers responsibility. Please contact your local customs offices for information before placing the order.

 

Q: What if my product got lost in the mail or stolen?

Crown For Brown is not responsible for misplaced, lost or stolen packages. Please check with the shipping provider in regards to delivery of packages.  All shipping information is to our best knowledge. Crown For Brown cannot be held responsible for any lost or delayed packages once they are with the mail carrier.

 

Q: Are you prices in USD or CAD or AUD?

Our prices are in USD. Whichever country you bank in, your bank will charge you the equivalent in their currency. For example, if your bank is in Canada, they will be charge the equivalent in CAD.
